CAPTAIN MIKE ASHLEY
I started fishing and running boats at a young age with my Dad. My passion for fishing has grown to the point where it is truly an affliction now. I eat, sleep, and breathe it. I have spent countless hours on the water learning fish patterns and how the tides, current, and weather affect them. Our fishing here on the Nature Coast is very diverse and always changing with the seasons, and I continue to change and learn as well. You will find that I have a commitment to excellence, and work extremely hard to put you on fish. My main goal is that you really enjoy your day with me, which I hope will keep you coming back for more!
I welcome all skill levels, and really enjoy helping clients catch fish. While I mainly target Redfish Snook, Speckled Trout, and Flounder, you will also catch Black Drum, Permit, Pompano, Spanish Mackerel, snapper, Tarpon, Sharks, Jacks and more. We have such a diverse fishery here... It is truly God's Country!

21’ FLATS CAT
You will be fishing out of a 21' Flats Cat, which is a mission-specific shallow-running fishing boat. The unique cat hull design allows it to run shallow, while still maintaining a smooth, dry ride. It is a safe, stable boat that performs equally well in the shallows or running around the outer spoil islands in the Gulf of Mexico.
